• Delivery: 24–48 hours per order.
• Rerun: one free rerun within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds: if a rerun can’t fix a clear issue, we’ll refund or credit.
• Usage: you own the exported clips; we may showcase anonymized before/after unless you opt out.
